Henry has more than 30 years of experience in the business world—working in public accounting, commercial real estate, business acquisitions and dispositions and even starting up a company of his own.
Henry began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young. He then went on to roles in corporate real estate and business development—including ten years in senior management leading corporate business acquisition programs where he was responsible for valuing businesses, negotiating terms and closing deals. Henry’s corporate experience includes work with ARAMARK Education (Children’s World and KinderCare), Alta Colleges and Mosaica Education.
Currently, Henry is a senior broker for childcare and education business sales, mergers and acquisitions at HINGE. With his extensive experience in real estate and business acquisitions, sales and development, he has a unique understanding of the processes and integration tactics that make every transaction a success. He also manages his own real estate investment company.
Henry has now made roots in Golden, Colorado where he is an active member of the civic community. He has served on several boards including the Urban Renewal Authority, the Economic Development Commission and the city’s Affordable Housing and Blue Ribbon Economic Development panels.
Henry is father to three wonderful children—Anna (21), Joseph (19) and Grace (16)—and his dog Maeby. He enjoys cycling, hiking and camping out in the Rocky Mountains. Henry also has a love of restoring old houses—most recently having rehabilitated an 1870s residence as well as reconstructing an 1890s miner’s cabin.
