The Hinge client started this quality learning center in 2001 in the basement of a church building and over the years grew the center to a dominant market position in a leased space in a shopping center. The complex transaction involved the changing demographics of the neighborhood and personnel transition at the center and the operational experience of the Hinge team made for a smooth transfer of business.
