HINGE Adds Two New Financial Analysts to the Team

HINGE Advisors is excited to announce the addition of two new financial analysts to our growing transaction team. Get to know each of our new talented team members below!

Marnie Rhen

Marnie has a longstanding history leading financial analysis for a large childcare group. Working for 27-site The Malvern School for more than 20 years, Marnie grew her accounting role with the school all the way to Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she led the accounting department by directing and overseeing the financial activities of the company and developing forecasts of future growth. Fun Fact: Before Marnie joined The Malvern School, she was a physical education teacher for four years.

Joining the Financial Analyst team at HINGE, Marnie will support our clients by developing industry-specific valuations of businesses and real estate — ensuring the accuracy that prevents challenges during the process — and work alongside clients and Transaction Advisors to ensure a smooth Quality of Earnings experience during the process. We are so thankful to have Marnie’s knowledge and experience on our team!

Paolo Duarte

Paolo has more than 5 years’ experience as a financial analyst for various industries. Paolo began his career as an Analyst/Risk Manager at the Southern Investment Association. He subsequently took on analyst roles for a range of different companies and industries including a law firm, Clemson University and Amazon.

Now a Financial Analyst at HINGE Advisors, Paolo supports the development and transaction teams with business valuations and financial reviews of potential selling clients.

Paolo earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Georgia Southern University as well as his Master of Business Administration from Clemson University.
