Washington D.C. Business Sold to National Provider

The team at HINGE is proud to announce the sale of a downtown Washington D.C. school to a national childcare provider.

The school was launched more than 20 years ago to serve the working D.C. community in a high-quality educational environment. The owners served as Directors and were ready to exit the day-to-day operations. 

Through our competitive process, HINGE was able to bring several potential buyers to the table who could deliver the right culture and pricing fit for our sellers. The seller chose to go with a national group of childcare centers wanting to grow in the urban Washington D.C. area.
