Kate Hubschman is the Broker-in-Charge for HINGE Advisors.

Kate joined HINGE in 2020 after practicing law in New Jersey since 2014. As HINGE’s broker-in-charge, Kate is responsible for managing all of the firm’s licensees and ensuring company compliance.

Kate received her Juris Doctorate degree from Charlotte School of Law and continued on to become a law clerk to the Honorable Peter J Melchionne, P.J.F.P in the family division. Her legal career began in family law where she specialized in child custody, divorce and neglect. Kate went on to work as a real estate attorney—becoming well-versed in residential and commercial transactions. She is also a licensed title insurance producer.

Originally from New Jersey, Kate has made her way down south to Greenville, SC where she lives with her husband, Alec; son, Dex; and two dogs, Penni and Tiny. She enjoys cooking for her family and chasing around her toddler.
