Laurie Denny is a Transaction Advisor for HINGE Advisors.

Laurie joins the team with more than 15 years’ experience in early education business growth and development. She’s worked closely with large regional educational organizations and helped to expedite their growth using her in-depth knowledge of transaction management and process development.

As a transaction advisor at HINGE, Laurie is the backbone of her clients’ transaction process—managing touring, offers, negotiations, legal agreements, licensing, and parent and staff announcements.

Laurie attended the University of North Florida.
