A 35-year veteran of the industry, Rusty has an instinct when it comes to childcare financials.

Rusty began his career in the early education industry at Kindercare Learning Centers working in various financial positions. Following Kindercare, Rusty joined Nobel Learning Communities, now Spring Education Group, and, for the last eight years, worked across the table from HINGE Advisors with Nobel’s development group evaluating seller information and creating buyer proposals.

Now on HINGE’s side of the table, Rusty will take the reins as our Financial Analyst by supporting the advisor and development teams with business valuations and financial analysis and review. After years of looking at school-level financial statements, Rusty knows exactly where early learning companies can cut costs and increase profitability.
